The Application Process


Application instructions​

  1. Complete and submit the online application, including a 300 words essay written by you;

  2. Choose a teacher, professor or mentor who can comment on your achievements, level of maturity, and personal integrity. Request a letter of recommendation from him or her to be sent to after your application is submitted. Otherwise we'll contact them;

  3. You will be notified of your acceptance to the program by email in up to a week after the interview. The notification is sent to the email address provided during the online registration. Be sure to use an email address that you check frequently;

  4. Once accepted, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $600 to secure your spot (we will send the link by e-mail for payment online);

  5. Applicants must be at least 14 years old at the beginning of each program. 

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to The initial $600 deposit is non-refundable. Any tuition paid to InnovaLab will be refunded if processed 30 days before the beginning of the Innovation Camp. InnovaLab will not refund tuition, accommodation or any other fees to students dismissed from the program by violation of our code of conduct and/or due to immigration/visa issues.


Applications will be closed 30 days before the start of the program of your choosing.
